S.A.G.E.S. are a group of 55+ years of age people who join in faith and fellowship. Events occur several times a year to provide service and social opportunities. January – Feed My Starving Children

Sandy and Jim Gilbert will lead a group to pack food at Feed My Starving Children Chanhassen site on Monday, January 23rd at 2 p.m. But first you can have lunch and free pie at Perkin’s Chaska at 12 noon. Car pool from Faith church parking lot by 11:30 a.m. or meet at the Chaska Perkin’s. An area will be reserved. Leave from there to be at Feed My Starving Children by 2 p.m.  After an orientation the group will pack for about an hour. There are usually tasks for people who cannot stand long.

Sign up at the Activities Fair on Sunday or contact Sandy Gilbert, 952-446-1424.  Deadline to sign up is Sunday Jan. 22. Reservations are needed at both FMSC and Perkin’s.

Feed My Starving Children® is a non-profit Christian organization committed to feeding God’s children hungry in body and spirit. Hand-packed meals are specifically formulated for malnourished children and shipped to our distribution partners. FMSC meals have reached nearly 70 countries around the world in our history.
